diet, exersise and weightloss

I have now done 8 weeks dieting (see post from 1 Feb HERE) and disaster has struck! No I haven't fallen off the wagon and eaten a whole chocolate cake but I have had a hip injury for nearly 3 weeks now and so haven't been able to do my 1 hour a day brisk walking. Despite this set back I have lost 5lb in the last 4 weeks making a total of 12lb in 8 weeks. I'm pretty pleased with that, my target is to loose 30lb so nearly half way there :) I have continued with the diet outlined in my previous post. To get more of an idea of what I am eating on a daily basis here is my last weeks food diary:
Day 1:
Breakfast - 1 large banana and a cup of fruit tea (no sugar).
Mid morning - 1 large raw carrot, glass of juice.
Lunch - 2 vegan saugages, potatoes, broccoli & baby sweetcorn and an apple.
Mid afternoon - A handful of grapes, glass of juice.
Tea - Soup.
Day 2:
Breakfast - 1 large banana and a cup of fruit tea (no sugar).
Mid morning - 1 large raw carrot, glass of juice.
Lunch - Pasta with tomatoes & olives and an apple.
Mid afternoon - A kiwi fruit, glass of juice.
Tea - Soup.
Day 3:
Breakfast - 1 large banana and a cup of fruit tea (no sugar).
Mid morning - 1 large raw carrot, glass of juice.
Lunch - Pizza and an apple.
Mid afternoon - An orange, glass of juice.
Tea - 2 teacakes.
Day 4:
Breakfast - 1 large banana and a cup of fruit tea (no sugar).
Mid morning - 1 large raw carrot, glass of juice.
Lunch - A vegan burger, asparagus, carrots & green beans and an apple.
Mid afternoon - A handful of grapes, glass of juice.
Tea - Soup.
Day 5:
Breakfast - 1 large banana and a cup of fruit tea (no sugar).
Mid morning - 1 large raw carrot, glass of juice.
Lunch - Butternut squash and feta roulade with potatoes, cauliflower & sugar snap peas and an apple.
Mid afternoon - A kiwi fruit, glass of juice.
Tea - Soup.
Day 6:
Breakfast - 1 large banana and a cup of fruit tea (no sugar).
Mid morning - 1 large raw carrot, glass of juice.
Lunch - Veggie pie, asparagus, broccoli & baby sweetcorn and an apple.
Mid afternoon - An orange, glass of juice.
Tea - Cheese and pickle sandwich. Day 7:
Breakfast - 1 large banana and a cup of fruit tea (no sugar).
Mid morning - 1 large raw carrot, glass of juice.
Lunch - Nut roast, potatoes, carrots & parsnips and an apple.
Mid afternoon - A handful of grapes, glass of juice.
Tea - Soup.
