found som cool pics today :)

we've just come back from a week in cornwall in the van, we visited lots of ancient sites as well as some trips to the coast when the weather let up lol. i've added all the sites we visited to the ancient places section of my website HERE there's loads more pictures of cornwall on my myspace HERE but here's a small selection :)... here we are somewhere on bodmin :) this is roche rock a weird little chapel built on a rock busta got really smelly and foamy when he went into the foamy sea near lizard :) we found lots of old mine pump houses on our travels and some quiet little coves the weather just about let us get into our shorts and paddle in the sea lol this is us at boscawen-un stone circle, a really magical little circle with a hedge all round it si eating chips in penzance :) this is at the top of carn galver, we ended up doing a 5+ mile hike through thorns, brambles and bracken to get to the nine maidens stone circle, ding don...

these cabbage white caterpillars have gone crazy :)

the garden hasn't done that well this year... too cold and wet and not enough sun. there are far too many insects eating our crops... they think it's some sort of free cafe lol anyway here's a few pics...

went away for a night in the van this weekend, stayed fairly near home in the forest of dean a beautiful ancient forest, well worth a visit if you've never been and plenty of places to park up for a night or two :) cannop ponds speach house arboretum sudley ponds in the van at sudley ponds :)

simon built some really cool stuff in the van :) look at our tv... hehe its a table over the bed :) got another fold away table by the side door... we also got the proper work surface in the kitchen area, the bit at the end lifts up to reveal the sink :) see more on my website HERE

i had to go to north yorkshire for a couple of days of work so we took the van and made our way back slowely through the beautiful pak district :) thruscross reservoir... parked up for the night at thruscross reservoir... brimham rocks... simon n busta at brimham rocks... brimham rocks... windfarm n menwith hill... in the van :)... after the feds checked us out cos they thought we mite be terrorists lol... me on a big chair somewhere... anyone know where this is? ... hot air balloon in bakewell... sunset over the peak district... stanton moor... the corkstone on stanton moor... simon climbed to the top... i got this far lol... nine ladies stone circle... trees :)... tree growing out of a wall...
