bird photography

i love taking photographs of birds, i'm still waiting to get a great shot of a buzzard or kestrel which are common around here but i haven't been lucky enough yet to be in the right place at the right time! i'm afraid i'm not hardcore enough to spend hours in a hide to get that great shot. we went for a walk down the canal to the docks recently and spotted lots of wildlife. here are some pictures i think came out really well.
