ancient bulgaria

bulgaria has a rich history. there are numerous ancient places to visit. last year bulgarian archaeologist veselin ignatov found a fully preserved thracian chariot at karanovo about 15 miles from where we stayed. there is a really interesting website HERE about ancient sites in bulgaria.
